SB Municipal Tennis Courts

Edwards Construction was doing a full to-the-stud remodel of areas of The Municipal Tennis Courts in Santa Barbara. We converted and sealed the tannic heavy wood ceilings and beams by priming with shellac and water-based wood under-coaters, a two-step prime process. All the new drywall and existing wood ceilings were then painted.
