Kathy wanted to sell this house  for its maximum asking pricing so she asked us to paint the entire interior  including a popcorn ceiling removel. We then did piece work painting outside  in order to make the house presentable enough to sell. After the popcorn  ceiling removel we then skim coated the entire ceiling throughout the  residence. Everything inside this house was painted except the kitchen  cabinets and then we performed a "face-lift" on the exterior, only  painting what was necessary to save on costs. This house was painted under  the estimated budget and then sold for over market value.
