When this house went up for sale it needed a lot of tender loving care. Sue Irwin, a realtor at Berkshire Hathaway, asked us to paint the entire exterior but only do piece work painting inside in order to make the house presentable enough to sell. We performed full wall painting but only partial painting on trim and ceilings to save the owner costs. This house was painted under the estimated budget and then sold for over market value. Win, win!
