Beautiful Montecito home gets a full exterior upgrade. This house had not been painted for over 50 years. The full exterior painting project required many hours of TLC in order to restore it to nearly new condition. All substrates were primed before any finishes were applied with two coats of paint. The roof tiles were also cleaned by pressure washing and then painted to present a Spanish aesthetic.
